The VI National Food and Nutrition Congress took place in Minas Gerais, Brazil, from the 26th to the 30th of May 2025. Professor Ada Rocha, coordinator from FCNAUP, participated with a scientific poster entitled "Development of a Tool to Assess the Compliance of University Canteen Menus with the Mediterranean Diet" and delivered an oral presentation titled "Menus in University Canteens: A Case Study of Water and Carbon Footprints and Compliance with the Mediterranean Diet. Both contributions were recognised with awards for Best Poster and Best Oral Presentation in the Food Service category.
