COLLABORATION WITH UALG

As part of the implementation phase of the project, a pilot test of the newly developed Mediterranean dishes was carried out from 2nd to 6th of February at the Campus da Penha, University of Algarve, in Faro, Portugal. We would like to express our sincere thanks to the Rector of the University of Algarve, as well as to all members of the university community involved, particularly the Director of the Food Department of SASUAlg, the canteen staff, students and institutional collaborators, for their valuable cooperation and support.
