Our fellow researchers Francisca and Beatriz, in collaboration with Chef Luís Jesus, prepared and delivered a presentation for the canteen staff. The session focused on explaining the aims of the project, the principles of the Mediterranean diet, the importance of its implementation in university canteens, as well as social marketing strategies and practical tips for the implementation phase. The presentation took place on 4th of February and was attended by nine participants.
