Dr.sc. Ivica Faletar, a member of the project team from the University of Zagreb Faculty of Agriculture, presented a poster entitled "Verbesserungspotenzial beim Essen in Mensen? Perspektive des Mensapersonals in Zagreb" (Eng., Potential for improvement in canteen food? Perspective of canteen staff in Zagreb) at the 35th conference of the Austrian Society for Agricultural Economics, which took place in Graz from 18 to 19 September. The poster presented the results of 30 interviews conducted with canteen staff in Zagreb in November 2024 and focused on three research questions: (1) How do canteen staff rate the food offered in the student canteens? (2) How do canteen staff evaluate student demand for food in the canteens? (3) How do canteen staff rate student satisfaction with the food on offer in the canteen?
